12:14 President Chris Graves called the meeting to order.
Secretary Marsha Ramia was asked to read the minutes of the last board meeting. Dustin Pounders made a motion to dispense of the reading of the minutes. It was seconded and it passed without opposition.
Treasurer Wayne Eason delivered the Treasurer’s Report. 807 registered participants attended MECA2018. There were 37 on-site registrations and several with outstanding POs yet to be funded.
Opening Balance $ 110,693.60
Total Income $ 144,296.10
Expenses $ 91,974.00
Closing Balance $ 163,015.70
Motion was made by Stoney Rogers to accept the report. The motion was seconded and the motion passed without opposition.
Chris recognized all current members and liasons as well as Dustin, Eva, Nashandra, Tracy as board members rotating off the board.
Eva (past president) introduced the 2018-2019 slate of officers and new board members, which are as follows:

June Songy made a motion that we accept this slate of officers and new board members. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
12:22 Jason Quaregna made a motion to adjourn. The motion was seconded and passed without opposition.
Incoming president, Thomas Herrington, gives a charge to the membership to attend and submit a Call for Proposals for 2019.
Eva recognized the one with the most ribbons.
Thomas and Chris drew for #gentrystrong.
