In addition to exhibit hall participation, MECA exhibitors may present one concurrent or hands-on session at no additional charge. All presentations must be directed toward classroom application of products rather than a "sales pitch". All presentation proposals must be submitted through the regular conference proposal interface which may be found on the conference website. MECA reserves the right to reject any proposal submissions.If you wish to make more than one presentation you may purchase a Presentation Suite. You may present up to eight sessions if you purchase a Suite. Presentation Suites are issued on a first come basis. No sessions may be conducted during general sessions.

Written cancellation of registrations will be accepted for a refund of 50% before December 3, 2018. After December 3, 2018, all monies will be forfeited.
MECA reserves the right to modify the exhibit hall floor plan.
The SCANTrivia was a great success the last few years so we will be ‘on the hunt’ again in 2019. The SCANVenger Hunt is a scavenger hunt using QR codes. Exhibitors opting to participate will provide a question for MECA attendees to answer. A sign, with a QR code containing your question, will be provided at your booth. Each MECA attendee choosing to participate in the SCANVenger Hunt will scan the QR code posted in your booth and answer the question you provide. They will receive points for correctly answered questions. Based on points earned, they will be entered into drawings to be held for prizes at the closing session.The cost to participate in the SCANVenger Hunt is $100 per question.
